Steps to start your businessThe 2010 is at the door and probably this in your plans on starting your own business.

You probably have many ideas in mind and emotion overwhelms you. So to help you process your thoughts, today I share a practical and simple guide of 10 steps to shape your project and start the year giving life to your dream.

1. Define your business idea. If you already have an idea or if you’ve been considering a number, making a decision and ultimately choose the kind of business and company you want to build. Fear not wrong, in fact the entrepreneurial process is a continuous learning process in which each day will need to reassess your results and take the necessary decisions. 2. Write a business plan. Put a paper business plan then writethe best  way to sort out your ideas is . A plan helps you see the pros and cons of your project. It is also a document that lets you and your partner (if any) to discover potential weaknesses or areas that could be considered not significant. Your business plan should contain a budget and everything necessary for the construction and operation of your business.


3. Plasma business vision. This is the intangible part of your business but it is extremely important for generating energy and excitement needed to work and achieve great things. All major employers know how valuable having a vision and a mission that all employees of your company share. Dream big and write what you expect from your company’s short, medium and long term.

4. Make a market survey. If you have not already done so, you can develop a simple and practical market research to help you identify your potential customers and make decisions about where to work, how to focus your advertising and promotion resources and the location of your store or office. 5. Define your company’s image. The image of your company has to do with the name you choose, slogan, colors we use in your advertising and all that define what you want to project. The companies transmit their image many things: joy, seriousness, professionalism, speed, comfort, security, etc. Whatever you want to project, defĂ­nelo from the beginning with your image.

6. Make a budget. While the budget is part of the business plan I would like to stress their importance at this point because the investment and operating costs are key to the success of a business. These procedures vary from country to country but mainly relate to: business records, patents, licensing, health, finances or enrollment in tax records, special operating licenses, local permits, etc. Be sure to investigate thoroughly to meet all requirements and operates trouble free. 8. Choose your staff. Whether you’re the only employee or you begin working with some colleagues, your staff properly choose and establishes from the outset a culture of high customer service standards. The success of any business is about customer service and know how to sell. There is no point a great idea and all the infrastructure if you sell your products or services. From the beginning, be sure to sell and sell well.

9. Promote your business. The first thing you need is to let you know. Having done your market research, prepare a promotional campaign and advertising to help you enter the market by going directly to your potential customers. It is imperative that you begin offering any additional benefits that will appeal to your customers consider your products or services as an attractive option for them. 10. Open your doors. Finally, once you’ve planned well, you’re ready to open your doors and begin operating your business. Try where possible, all details are refined, but not so keen if something goes wrong, you can always correct.

Always remember that the process of undertaking must include in your agenda for continuous improvement. You should regularly evaluate what you do and how you do it because there’s always something you can do better.
